Notes from the organizer: The 45th event sees you play two Lockdown Jnr 15s against Prune. The format was chosen as Rugby Sevens is 7 a side (Junior 7 letters) & in Rugby you lock together for a scrum. The two games represent two halves, and the highest combined score over these two games wins the medals. 2 are up for grabs.

Fun fact: NZ absolutely dominate Rugby Sevens, winning most world champs, but the winners in the first ever Olympic version (2016) were Fiji and Australia
