Eoin Jackson Question:-
| |
Matthew Tassier Yes, it's a manual thing. So sometimes your next game will appear quickly and sometimes it has to wait until I finish partying. If a game doesn't appear in 24 hours then give me a shout, either I've done something wrong or I've been arrested.
Gevin Chapwell That post, on the other hand, was automatic.
Matthew Tassier Among the 22 max games, Tom and Sean both max their Nice game for the 6th year in a row, with Tom additionally becoming Strongest Link and overtaking Elliott with the most such accolades (14) in WL Numbers.

Matthew Tassier With two absentees it's a lucky escape for Mike and Alan, Alan in particular ending up ahead of Steven only on margin of victory. So, Steven, Ben and Ronan you are the Weakest Links. Goodbye!
Alan O'Sullivan Thank you Matthew!!!!! Looking forward to my 2nd chance!!!!!
Steven Oldham Knew I was at risk with an iffy performance :( TY Matthew
Eoin Jackson AOS died but rose again... like some sort of a numbers messiah!

Alan O'Sullivan Thanks Eoin! |
Notes from the organizer: Round four (after a false start) is time for the appearance this year of the Nice format, with a game against Apterous Nude. With targets (51-500) in Nice guaranteed to be achievable without needing to use all the available numbers this format is fairly friendly. Nude shouldn't get it your way too much, missing the majority of exact solutions and picking 1 large number.
Some stats for this round:
Expected competitors : 76
Weakest Links required : 3
Most previous Nice max games : 5 - Sean D & Tom Cappleman
Highest scoring Nice Weakest Links : 170 - Thomas Carey & Elizabeth Beer (2019)
Previous rounds v this bot : 2020 round 2 ( https://www.apterous.org/to_tourney.php?tourney=2966 )
For more stats see spreadsheet linked below.
THREE lowest scoring Weakest Links will be removed from the tournament this round. If there is a tie for lowest scores then margin of victory/defeat will be taken into account amongst tied players followed, if necessary, by total score in the tournament so far (see notes by matches).

Good luck!
