Matthew Tassier A dozen players complete back-to-back 200s including Strongest Link Dave R, the second Dave in a row to be SL.
Matthew Tassier Last round's Strongest Dave (Kempsall) becomes this round's narrowest survivor finishing just 4 points clear of the danger zone, as we lose two of our least experienced WL players. Ellen and J Bartram, you are the Weakest Links. Goodbye!
J Bartram thank u |
Notes from the organizer: Round two is time for the appearance this year of the Nice format, with a particularly nice game against Apterous Prune. With targets (51-500) in Nice guaranteed to be achievable without needing to use all the available numbers, this format is fairly friendly. As Prune is your opponent, the decision between 1 and 2 larges is entirely yours.
Some stats for this round:
Expected competitors: 58+
Weakest Links required: 2
Historic Nice average score: 187.58
Previous Nice max games: 112
Most previous Nice max games: 6 - Sean D & Tom Cappleman
Highest scoring Nice Weakest Links : 170 - Thomas Carey & Elizabeth Beer (2019)
For more stats see spreadsheet linked below.
TWO lowest scoring Weakest Links will be removed from the tournament this round. If there is a tie for lowest scores then ties will be broken by total score in the tournament so far (see notes by matches).
