Adam Latchford This is what i mean by i'm glad round 2 was rex and not waldorf. Hitting anything from 3 - 9 maxes so far!
Dan Spinks looks like he nodded off in your game Adam
Adam Latchford aye but woke up long enough to take a round off me!
Fi Thorne Phew, thought I| was a goner there with 13 points at the end of round 6, but managed to pull it back in the second half!
Matthew Tassier A lovely max game from Sam, although Chris overtakes him on total points so far. Strongest Link though is Hazel, thanks to 5 nine-letter words.
Matthew Tassier With Dan S. saving himself on the conundrum and Edward escaping by one point, Eoin missing out on the conundrum by 1 letter unfortunately leaves him bottom. Eoin, you are the Weakest Link. Goodbye!
Eoin Jackson Bah... I am not even gonna pretend to be gracious in defeat.

Bailey Cowell Matthew - I think the spreadsheet needs updating a bit - the WL for R4 still has people below it for that round, and some strongest links for R3/4 haven't been formatted to bold. I was just letting you know in case you hadn't realised.
Matthew Tassier Thanks Bailey, it's a Virgin Media issue at my end, will work around it if they don't pull their finger out soon.
Elwin Carlos It's probably cos of their inexperience ...
Matthew Tassier Normal spreadsheet service has resumed! (no thanks to VM) |
Notes from the organizer: Round 4 is thankfully a more reasonable challenge than the last couple of rounds as it's a Goatdown 15 rounder against Waldorf. That's like a standard goatdown game but with 3 numbers rounds rather than 2. Waldorf may max a few rounds so has the potential to steal quite a few points if you're unlucky.
One lowest scoring Weakest Link will leave the tournament this round. If there is a tie for lowest score then total score in the tournament so far will be the deciding factor. The current total scores are next to each player's name below.
