Notes from the organizer: Yeah it's another Numbers Attack but instead it's a hyped up format this time courtesy of Wesley Barton... Hyper 15 against Apterous Caesar.

Lowest scoring player will be eliminated. If there is a tie for the lowest scoring player then overall tournament score will be taken into account. If there is still a tie then everyone will advance. If at least 50% of players score 0 then everyone will advance to the next round.

Games are to be played in one sitting.
