Notes from the organizer: The triathlon tests the 3 basics of sport: Running, Swimming & Cycling. Here we test the three basics of countdown: Standard letters, numbers and conundrums.

The world record stands at 560, courtesy of Dutchman Chris Hare's 2020 effort.

The swimming leg here will be key - avoid the flailing legs of other competitors and hunt down some 9s and you're in with a great shout of a medal.
