Notes from the organizer: It’s the Scottish Open, a prestigious event in its own right, and also a barometer for who has their links play dialled in before heading into the final major of the season, The Open. The always immaculate Renaissance Club offers a tricky challenge and high winds are expected.
Tom C has leapt to the top of the rankings after his US Open win, ahead of Dave R, Dan B & Florence who are all challenging him with over 3000 ranking points.
This is a Tier 2 event which means it’s played over two round (R1 - Sun - Wed. R2 Thu - Sun). We move back to cumulative total score again here rather than ’18 hole’ rounds.
We start with a Beanstalk Letters Attack against Plum.
Any ties in terms of overall scoring after two rounds will be decided by your overall margin of victory / defeat versus your bots.
