His score of -8 is three clear of Tom C on -5 with defending champion Dave R and Matthew B a further four shots back on -1. Ravi is contending on +3 with Florence on +5, Dan B on +6 and Liam O on +9.

4Aces have a comfortable lead at the halfway point, Stinger lie 2nd and then comes a closely packed chasing group.

Round 3 aims to replicate the element of risk and reward of moving day. The greens are now firm and baked out, which gives that added element of luck on how your ball bounces.

So it’s on to a Lockdown Letter Attack.

For the first time in the tournament Amen Corner (Holes 11, 12 and 13) comes into play with these holes being rewards (or penalised) with your score to par doubling on that hole (+1 would change to a +2, -2 would be a -4, 0 would still be 0).
