Patrick L Not the fastest at typing so I only managed to enter one target and then couldn't solve that one. One second is a bit harsh. More a test of typing than maths. Anyway, good luck to everyone else in the rest of the tournament.
Tom Cappleman Too late to help this time, but you can either click on the target to declare that, or press Ctrl + Space
Patrick L I tried both but neither worked. Can see now that double clicking on the target works. Clicking once didn't though. Nor did CTRL + Space. Oh well, there's always next year!
Matty Artell Sounds like a bug, both should definitely work - what browser do you use?
Sam Prouse Sayonara dudes
Matthew Tassier With Patrick effectively unable to play his game at all, it seems only fair to give him a second opportunity to attempt to overcome those technical gremlins!
Patrick L Thanks, Matthew. I hope that's OK with everyone else.
Thomas Carey on behalf of everyone else i say 'sure whatever go for it'
Patrick L Cheers, looks like I'm going out this round anyway! :) Thanks for organising, Matthew. Great fun :)
Eoin Jackson Another Speed round, and probably another where the lowest survivor will be tied with the unluckiest WL...

Alan O'Sullivan Agian i scrpaed it in on this one. i feel like i'm always circling the drain!!!!!

Michael Oldham Think i've scraped through on a tie-break this time!
Matthew Tassier Dave R becomes the 7th person to max a Berserk NA on apterous, while Elliott becomes the 2nd person to max 2 of them and becomes this round's Strongest Link.
Matthew Tassier After just surviving last round Tracey just misses out this round, with 3 people scraping past her on the tournament points tiebreak. The last of those 3, thanks to an unplayed game, is Patrick who gets through despite twice announcing his departure this round. Anyway, Tracey, Rhys, Sam P. and Robin you are the Weakest Links. Goodbye!
Sam Prouse Goodbyeee | |
Tracey Mills Thanks for organising Matthew |
Notes from the organizer: Round 12 this year is the rather crazy one-second-per-round Berserk numbers attack format. Kindly, Prune will be your opponent for this round. Make sure you are ready with CTRL + Space or clicking the target to get a declaration in within the one second of the round. In theory It is possible to change your declaration with CTRL + UP or CTRL + DOWN if one second is plenty of time for you to make the decision to do so!
Some stats for this round:
Expected competitors : 48
Weakest Links required : 4
Highest score : 200 - Marcus Hares (2019)
Highest scoring Weakest Link : 140 - Neil Collins (2019) & Sean Fletcher (2018)
Lowest scoring survivor : 130 - Neil Collins & George Armstrong (2020)
For more stats see spreadsheet linked below.
FOUR lowest scoring Weakest Links will be removed from the tournament this round. If there is a tie for lowest scores then total score in the tournament so far will be the deciding factor (see notes by matches).
