Fiona T Clarification - do prime targets count beyond the 20 rounds?
Chris Hare Yes. | |
Elizabeth Beer Are “dead ends” allowed for the bonus point element?
Chris Hare Apterous allows them in Omelette, so I'll allow them here too. |
Notes from the organizer: Turtle doves were out of stock, so I got you this instead.
For this game, you'll be playing Apterous Rex in a Junior Numbers Attack. Your aim is to rack up the most maxed rounds with prime targets. To be clear, if the target is prime and impossible, and you max the round, that will count. It will also count the other way around (so if you get as close as possible to an impossible target by declaring a prime). The tie-break criterion is total number of rounds played. If players are still tied, I'll rank them by highest prime target successfully solved.
For your BONUS TOURNAMENT POINT (BTP) for this round, play by Omelette rules (Omelette rules: you must use all the numbers in the selection in your solution) for the first 20 rounds. If your game goes beyond 20 rounds, any further rounds won't count for this BTP. You can still achieve the BTP even if you don't max the first 20 rounds, provided you correctly Omelette your way to valid declarations.
