Tom Cappleman

Tom Cappleman I assume max here means max according to Apterous, regardless of whether it's maxable in Duckdown?

Chris Hare

Chris Hare For the BTP, that's correct. For the tie-break, it'll be Ducked-maxes.

Tourney round: The Twelve Games of Chris-mas: Vol. II: The Re-Chris-ening: Game Five

<< Game Four | Game Six >>

Notes from the organizer: Don't worry, numbers specialists! I've got something for you too. What a generous fellow is Father Chris-mas.

Game Five is a Nasty Numbers Attack. Your score for the game will be the sum of the points that you score in rounds where your solution obeys Duckdown rules; that is, in order to score points for a round, you must leave one of the numbers in the selection unused. The first tie-break criterion will be most maxes, the second will be fewest blanked rounds, and the third will be the largest successfully-achieved target. Any further ties will be resolved at my sole discretion.

The BONUS TOURNAMENT POINT for this round will be awarded to any player who successfully maxes at least one of each selection (1L, 2L, 3L, 4L) during the game.

If you have any questions about the rules, scoring, or anything else pertaining to this tourney, please feel free to ask.
