![]() | Dave Kempshall Thanks for entering Richard. You and I are currently wildcards waiting for two more entrants for the team element, but I've set up your game and you are participating in the individual tournament in the meantime. |

With LIV Hong Kong having got us underway with Tom C taking the title and Iron Heads (Liam, David H, Damien & Gav) claiming the inaugural team victory. Now we now move to the PGA and what’s widely dubbed as the 5th Major - The Players Championship.
It’s stunning Sawgrass (one of my favourites) with Individual and Team titles again on offer. One key difference between PGA and LIV event is that PGA events will be played out four rounds (and four different Apterous variant and scoring criteria). Keep an eye out for one or two special scoring criteria as we progress.
The Players Championship will a numbers round make a 2025 debut with the schedule as follows:
R1 - SPEED LETTERS ATTACK
R2 - GOATDOWN LETTERS ATTACK
R3 - STANDARD NUMBERS ATTACK
R4 - DEEPDOWN LETTERS ATTACK
Remember, lowest scoring player to par takes the individual crown. Lowest scoring team to par takes the team crown (the best 3 scores from your 4 team members in each round count towards your team score i.e. worst score each round is discarded)
ROUND 1
We start simple. No special scoring mechanics aside from the below as you tackle a speed LA against Prune. Scoring to par is:
9 - Eagle
8 - Birdie
7 - Par
6 - Bogey
5 - Double bogey
4 or worse - Triple bogey
