Charlie Reams Ridiculous max of maxes from Craig. What can I come up with to keep this guy busy?

Matt Hamer Hyperaegilops Numbers Attack _might_ do the trick, but with Craig, we're yet to find his limits! Especially considering what he can do with 8 small in Hyper Numbers...

Charlie Reams No one's ever got an all 6-small max Numbers Attack, so that's something to work on. (I think the record is 194.)

Craig Chittenden Yeah I've been trying for that, although talking to Matthew Tassier earlier he said you only have a 3% chance of the 200 being available, so it might take some time before someone gets a 200 all 6 small max.

Mark James If you could omlettise aegilops. That could be a good challenge for Craig.

Andrew Feist I don't know if I should be proud or ashamed that "sitting down and doing each of them once" got me up to 10th place.

Matthew Tassier I think 160 is certainly doable, possibly 170 with a following wind, but can't see myself getting close to 190.

Gevin Chapwell Matthew, can I just ask, how do you approach a spoilage numbers round? I don't know where to begin.

Matthew Tassier The place to begin is to multiply a large number by a small one. Don't try to work backwards from the answer, that's pointless. Also practise your mental arithmetic!

Jim B I find the most frustrating thing is that for most of the ones I get wrong, it turns out that I could've got points, if only I was fast enough to work out exactly where the calculation is going to end up (e.g. declaring 8231 and ending on 8233 etc.)

Martin Long I'm happy with the Octorock/octolock scores now, especially as I don't like Octorock very much (just couldn't get used to it!)

Now might spam the Spoilage NA to try and improve that score (even though me beating 112 is unlikely!)

Steve Balog Be careful with that, the first day I played Spoilage NAs for like 6 hours straight the first day I tried them and had a pretty bad headache for a couple days after. I do think you can break 112, though.

Matthew Tassier You're right Steve, I limit myself to 2 or 3 Spoilage NAs a day. It's just far more intense thinking than anything else on here. Keep ploughing on Martin, reckon you can certainly squeeze a few more points out on a good game.

Gevin Chapwell I try to restrict myself to 0 spoilage NAs a day, and it's working quite well for me and my sanity.

Chris Butler This page might as well just be called "Who's the best at Spoilage". It would arguably be even more accurate since heavy-weights like Doohan and Chittenden would be up where they belong!

Chris Butler There are currently 23 maths formats on apterous but only 20 of them are considered here. It misses out Speed, Bullet and Hyper Bullet. What are peoples thought on me filing a ticket about this? The only downside I can think of is that the table might not then fit nicely and that is potentially disastrous!

Zarte Siempre None of these leaderboards take speed rounds into account. I don't see that as massive issue, but if you are going to ticket it, it should be across the board, not just for here.

Chris Butler Ok will do. It seems daft to just ignore those 3 to me. The 13 point gap at the top would also be narrowed to just 3 pts although I'm sure MT would quickly sort that out
